- create-next-ticket.ps1: -Status Parameter (Todo|Backlog, Default: Todo)
  Todo: Order = min - 1 (naechstes Ticket)
  Backlog: Order = max + 10 (ans Ende gestellt)
  Explizite Status-Setzung via gh project item-edit nach Board-Add
